Since starting operations in January 2023, our client has sold to over 450 contractors in Virginia. The company's growth has been tremendous, with expectations to double in size by 2025. We offer next-day delivery from Baltimore to Fredericksburg using crab-walking Moffett trucks and a fully staffed operations department.Job Overview:The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our full range of deck and fence building materials to local contractors, builders, and remodelers. This role includes managing sold jobs and maintaining customer relationships. You will collect and maintain up-to-date information on customers' product use, visit job sites as needed, maintain schedules, and address any issues that arise. Proven sales strategies, commitment to follow-through, and strong communication skills are essential for success.Responsibilities:Identify and complete sales of deck and fence building materials.Manage sold jobs and maintain customer relationships.Collect and update information on customers' product use.Visit job sites as needed.Maintain schedules and address any issues.Create material estimatesquotes and handle special orders.Open new accounts on a monthlyquarterly basis.Work independently and manage your own time.Requirements:Experience in sales.Knowledge of deck and fence installations and builds.Ability to create material estimatesquotes and handle special orders.Strong planning and organizational skills.Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
