We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Project Manager to join our team in Cumming, GA. This individual will be responsible for overseeing software development projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience managing software applications. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed and aligned with client expectations.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to resolve issues and maintain project schedules.Actively engage with technical teams to review development progress, assist with problem-solving, and ensure high-quality outputs.Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, both internal and external, regarding project status, changes, and upcoming milestones.Ensure that all project documentation is up to date, complete, and in line with organizational standards.Take a hands-on approach to project execution by directly engaging in project tasks and providing leadership where needed.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, ensuring best practices are followed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.3+ years of experience managing software development projects, with a strong focus on SDLC methodologies.Proven hands-on experience with software applications, project planning, and execution.Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or -depth understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.PMP or Agile certification is a plus but not required.
