The client is a forward-thinking organization with a commitment to innovation, leveraging ReactJS as the foundation of their user interface and Azure DevOps (ADO) for robust CICD pipelines.About the role: As a SDET, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our user interface testing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain robust UI automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will work to enhance test coverage, streamline pipeline integration, and uphold high-quality standards for our software solutions.Responsibilities:Develop reliable UI automation using PlaywrightTypeScript.Understand existing automation frameworks and propose enhancements.Promptly investigate test failures during pipeline runs.Maintain test reliability at a 99% pass rate or tegrate tests with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipeline to run periodically or on demand.Continuously improve the automation framework to increase efficiency and reliability.Assess automation coverage for existing manual test cases and suggest optimizations.Participate in deployment validations and coordinate deployment issues with respective teams.Required Skill:Strong experience in developing UI automation using PlaywrightTypeScript.Proficiency in Playwright for UI automation.Experience with TypeScript for writing automation scripts.Understanding of ReactJS as the product is based on it.Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for CICD pipeline integration.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve test failures promptly.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration pensation Salary Range: The typical pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70000- $80,000 per year.
