Sales Development ManagerOur client is a fast-growing organization in the SaaS space, dedicated to providing innovative solutions that empower businesses and drive results. They are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing Sales Development team. This role involves collaborating with revenue leadership, coaching SDRs, and driving pipeline growth in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.What You Will DoDefine team goals with sales leadership and ensure accountability in meeting objectives.Collaborate with revenue leadership to drive pipeline generation and optimize sales opportunities.Develop KPIs and dashboards to support data-driven decisions and individual performance optimization.Conduct quarterly performance and career development reviews with team members.Hold regular one-on-one meetings to provide consistent feedback and ensure goals are met.Help develop and refine sales scripts, talk tracks, and product use cases to enhance the quality and quantity of demo appointments.Champion the company's mission, vision, and culture while inspiring team success.Participate in regular company and team meetings to share progress, identify blockers, and implement solutions.Who You ArePassionate about training, motivating, and coaching in a high-growth sales environment.Proficient with tools like Salesforce and Outreach, with the ability to maintain data integrity and report on team metrics.An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills to set expectations and align objectives across teams.Highly organized, accountable, and able to coordinate effectively across departments.What You Have2+ years of experience leading a Sales Development team in a SaaS sales environment.Experience selling into public safety or the public sector is a plus.A proven track record of success with a demonstrated ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility.What Our Client OffersCompetitive prehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) starting Day 1.Generous PTO to support work-life balance.401(k) matching.12 weeks of paid parental leave.Opportunities for career growth with supportive clusive and diverse work environment.Office perks, including company-provided lunches and a fully stocked kitchen in the Draper office.Our client is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
