Civil Project Engineer

Our Client is a Large Engineering and Architectural Firm Seeking a Civil Project Engineer for their Melville, NY office. *Must have 7-10 years of experience to be considered*Job Description:• Design, permit and construction plans and specifications• Design Site Development Projects for a variety of clients for various sized parcels.• Conceptual site planning• Grading and drainage• Knowledge of local permitting agencies and regulations a benefit• Ability to multi-task and solve problems• Train and provide proper direction to Design Engineers• Workcoordinate with an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager effectivelyJob Requirements:• 7-10 years of experience in ResidentialCommercialRetail Site Design andor Business Development• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or related field.• Proficient in Conceptual Planning, Grading and Drainage Design.• UnderstandingKnowledge of various agencies such as the Suffolk County Health Department.• Strong Knowledge of AutoCADCivil3D.• Highly organized and a strong attention to detail.
