If you love high-volume, full-cycle talent acquisition, relationship building, and are detail-oriented, please reach out to us today.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Growth & Development Team to follow our current five step recruiting process to qualify candidatesManage the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) for the direct hire of qualified candidatesMaximize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, job boards, and high-volume cold callingCreate a pipeline of strong relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with passive candidates and prospects that may be a match in the future.Keep pristine and detailed communication records in the candidate tracking system (Salesforce).Recruiter Qualifications** SALES RECRUITING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED**Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred - high school diploma required2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitingSuperb communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Salesforce is a plus but not required (training provided), MS Office, Google Suite, and social media toolsSalary: Commensurate with experience (range base is $100,000.00 per year, plus potential bonus)Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
