If you are a dedicated team player looking for a career with growth potential, we encourage you to apply!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with project teams to perform takeoffs for various construction projects.Review project documents, plans, and specifications to determine material and labor needs.Utilize takeoff software to quantify materials, labor, and equipment.Prepare accurate estimates for site work and utility projects.Assist with budget analysis for project materials and labor.Contribute to the preparation of estimates and bids.Provide technical support to project teams.Position Requirements:Ability to interpret engineering drawings and data.Understanding of contractual requirements.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Proactive approach to process improvement and efficiency.Ability to quickly learn new software.Strong attention to detail.Desired Training and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).8+ years of experience for Senior Estimator role.Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills are essential).Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.Why our client?Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and development.Engaging and challenging projects.Established company with long-term career prospects (Average employee tenure of 10+ years).
