We're on a mission to provide our patients with the most convenient and affordable everyday healthcare imaginable.We're looking to hire a family nurse practitioner (NP) as we grow in the Lakeville area!This is an exciting nurse practitioner (NP) role, allowing you to both practice independently, as well as collaborate with a team of knowledgeable and like-minded providers.Job Perks:â— Primarily work-from-home!â— Telehealth first care, and in-person home visits by the nurse practitioner (NP) when neededâ— No insurance credentialing necessaryâ— Provide patients with convenient and accessible careâ— Spend as much time with patients as you deem necessaryâ— Provide care independently, while working with a collaborative team on tough cases!â— Work for happy, grateful patients (Kavira has a 910 patient rating)â— Normal hours (weekday day shifts)Responsibilities Overview:â— A family nurse practitioner (NP) to Provide primary and urgent care services virtually (via messaging and videochats) and in-person (in patient's home or at their place of work)â— Ensure patient information, visit history, refer outs, lab follow-up, phone calls, and consults are properly documented in an EHRâ— Help patients manage and understand medicationsâ— Proficiency with blood draws (or willing to learn!)â— A current, valid driver's license and good driving record is requiredâ— Physical requirements may include the ability to lift-up to 30 lbsâ— A nurse practitioner (NP) who has a love and drive for helping people get healthy and happy!Clinic hours are 8am-7pm weekdays, virtual 10am-2pm weekends.QualificationsLicensure: FNP-C, APRN and RN licensure per the MN Board of Nursing. Maintain current BLS.Experience: 1+ year of family practice, urgent care, pediatrics or dermatology. Interest in holistic care and improving the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) is a plus!Education: Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner Program.
