We're on a mission to provide our patients with the most convenient and affordable everyday healthcare imaginable.We're looking to hire a family nurse practitioner (NP) as we grow in the Lakeville area!This is an exciting nurse practitioner (NP) role, allowing you to both practice independently, as well as collaborate with a team of knowledgeable and like-minded providers.Job Perks:● Primarily work-from-home!● Telehealth first care, and in-person home visits by the nurse practitioner (NP) when needed● No insurance credentialing necessary● Provide patients with convenient and accessible care● Spend as much time with patients as you deem necessary● Provide care independently, while working with a collaborative team on tough cases!● Work for happy, grateful patients (Kavira has a 910 patient rating)● Normal hours (weekday day shifts)Responsibilities Overview:● A family nurse practitioner (NP) to Provide primary and urgent care services virtually (via messaging and videochats) and in-person (in patient's home or at their place of work)● Ensure patient information, visit history, refer outs, lab follow-up, phone calls, and consults are properly documented in an EHR● Help patients manage and understand medications● Proficiency with blood draws (or willing to learn!)● A current, valid driver's license and good driving record is required● Physical requirements may include the ability to lift-up to 30 lbs● A nurse practitioner (NP) who has a love and drive for helping people get healthy and happy!Clinic hours are 8am-7pm weekdays, virtual 10am-2pm weekends.QualificationsLicensure: FNP-C, APRN and RN licensure per the MN Board of Nursing. Maintain current BLS.Experience: 1+ year of family practice, urgent care, pediatrics or dermatology. Interest in holistic care and improving the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) is a plus!Education: Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner Program.
