Job Title: Financial AnalystLocation: Ewing, NJ (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Company Overview:A growing organization headquartered in central New Jersey is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience and possess strong Excel skills to support key business operations.Position Summary:As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with business leaders and the finance team to assist in monthly forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis. This role offers a blend of office and remote work, with the opportunity to contribute to the company's financial success through insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Monthly Forecasting & Reporting: Review and assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts for financial statements and generate regular financial reports.Budgeting Support: Assist in the creation and preparation of annual budgets, collaborating with business leaders to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.Business Analysis: Prepare detailed analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing data-driven recommendations.Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to assess potential opportunities and evaluate the financial impact on the business.Dashboard & Reporting Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools to support decision-making and business operations.Cross-Department Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and facilitate the flow of information.Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to business leaders, providing insights into financial results, performance trends, and industry dustry & Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze industry data and trends to provide context and strategic recommendations for the business.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar financial analysis role.Experience reviewing or preparing financial statements.Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).Benefits & Perks:Hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for growth and development within the organizationCollaborative and supportive work environment
