This role involves overseeing daily operations, optimizing workflows, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and safety.Required Experience and Skills:8-10 years of experience in Shop Operation Management within Gas Lift.Proven experience in P&L management and financial oversight.Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and quality standards.Expertise in Inventory Management and stock control processes.Key Responsibilities:Operational Efficiency: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth production processes and maximizing productivity.Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high-quality service standards and address customer concerns effectively.Staff Management: Lead and train shop staff, ensuring they meet operational and performance ventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ensure proper stock management to prevent shortages or overstocking.Financial Management: Handle budgeting, P&L responsibilities, and cost management to ensure pliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, creating a safe working environment.Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance and reduce waste.
