The Sales Development Representative (SDR) job is the launching point for an individual looking for a successful career in SaaS sales!What You'll DoDrive pipeline through personalized outreach to prospects via phone, emails and LinkedInHave the opportunity to participate in tradeshows events to represent the Fleet Hoster brand and connect with prospective customers and partners.Become a product expert and learn the Fleet Hoster way of sellingKeep meticulous records of interactions with accounts in our CRM (Microsoft DynamicsActive Campaign)Launch outbound campaigns to hook new potential customers.Map and identify key decision-makers within organizations.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.Learn the full sales cycle - from a fresh lead to closing the deal!Be a cultural champion"”focus on customer success, embrace growth, and win as a team!Prioritize and drive sales results within all product lines including asset tracking, dash cameras, fleet telematics, fleet software, etc.Grow and maintain relationships with key resellers, owners and general fleet businesses in each major market.Promote and implement Fleet Hoster value-added selling model to channel partners and end users.Leverage market opportunities from other Fleet Hoster products and businesses for share growth.Perform market share analysis and identify opportunities.Develop and implement target account strategies.Gather and share market intelligence.Develop strong relationships with customers (owners, managers, purchasers) to understand what customers value and to find ways to meet their needs to profitably win their business.Partner with the Operations, Partner Support, and Marketing functions of the Fleet Hoster Value Delivery Teams in creating and delivering value to our customers.Take ownership of assigned sales responsibilities planning and forecasting processes and for developing and participating in the Fleet Hoster Sales, Inventory, Operating, and Planning sales process.Implement marketing programs to achieve sales and market share objectives as well as prepare and issue reports as required.Evaluate existing sales processes to identify cost and variance reduction opportunities and coordinate process improvement initiatives with senior managementAssure legal compliance in the selling of all productsservices with applicable local, state and federal regulationsYou Should Apply If YouAre excited to shape the future of fleet management solutions and make a real-world impact.You want to excel: Join a high-performance team and challenge yourself to achieve more.You want to make an impact in critical industries: Your efforts will directly contribute to keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring safety, and supporting essential services.Thrive in a high-performance culture and love talking to people, averaging 50-80 calls per day, learning about diverse industries.You treat rejection as a learning experience: In this role, you will get hung up on and you will get told no.
