Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development ManagerSaleManager Executive to drive growth in the WiFi, 5G, SoC, and Embedded Systems domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive sales experience, and a proven track record in business development within the semiconductor, telecom, or embedded systems industry.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in WiFi, 5G, SoC, and Embedded Systems markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including contract negotiations.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within WiFi, 5G, SoC, Embedded Systems, or Semiconductor industries.Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies, networking, and embedded systems.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with OEMs, ODMs, telecom operators, chipset manufacturers, and embedded system developers is a plus.Willingness to travel as required.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in selling wireless networking solutions, chipsets, or embedded software.Strong technical knowledge in 5G, IoT, AIML in embedded systems, and semiconductor solutions.Experience with B2B enterprise sales and partnerchannel development.
