This role involves managing team performance, upholding safety and compliance standards, overseeing materials and equipment, and maintaining client satisfaction.Primary ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train, and lead field crews for both seasonal and year-round operationsPartner with clients to understand and address their service needsOrganize daily crew schedules, dispatches, and deliveries of materials and equipmentReview and approve crew timesheets to meet weekly payroll deadlinesEnforce safety protocols and lead weekly safety discussionsDevelop and implement efficient workflows to improve team operationsWork closely with Client Account Managers and Branch Managers to address service requestsTake on additional duties as needed to support business goalsWhat We're Looking For:A minimum of 3 years of experience managing crewsSolid knowledge of landscape management practicesHands-on experience with lawn care, horticulture, and landscape maintenanceA valid driver's license and ability to meet our driver eligibility criteriaExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesFlexibility to work varied hours, including occasional weekendsBi-lingual is a plusPhysical DemandsAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsRegular use of computers and mobile devicesFrequent walking on job sitesOccasional bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 poundsJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
