HealthPartners, an $8.8B integrated healthcare provider and health insurance organization headquartered in Minnesota, is seeking a highly qualified and collaborative finance professional as its next Director of Corporate and Health Plan Finance Reporting.As a system-level Director, this individual will hold a vital combination role leading financial statement reporting and auditing for both the Health Plan and Care Delivery businesses at HealthPartners, with a heavy focus primarily on Health Plan regulatory reporting and audits. The Director is responsible for the preparation and analysis of all internal and external financial statements and narratives. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven finance leader looking for growth and exposure working side-by-side with enterprise executives, including the system CFO and Health Plan CFO.The successful candidate embodies a proactive management approach to organize analysis, work products, and team deadlines around filings and brings strong knowledge of NAIC, GAAP, and insurance statutory reporting guidelines to implement compliant financial reporting practices for HealthPartners' family of companies.
