Contract Duration: 6-months, potential to extendWorksite Location: Plymouth, MN | onsite WednesdaysCompensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hourWhat you'll do as an Omnichannel Ops Analyst:Order Support: Monitor and report on the performance of all open orders across E-Commerce channels daily to ensure smooth order flow, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.Use Power BI and Excel to analyze large data sets to identify patterns in fulfillment issues and recommend solutions.Work closely with Omnichannel Operations Analysts and the Development team to resolve technical order issues, providing clear documentation and escalating critical issues for quick resolution.Prioritize and address customer or dealer disruptions, ensuring defects are dealt with swiftly to maintain smooth order flow.Act as the subject matter expert for E-Commerce order flows, providing support to dealers, drop shippers, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.Collaborate with various teams, facilitating communication and coordination to resolve order issues municate regularly with dealers to ensure they are handling Ship to Dealer orders and gather valuable program feedback for continuous improvements.Provide backup support for monthly KPI reports and data deep-dives, ensuring accurate performance tracking.Assist with fulfillment initiatives by performing data deep-dives or preparing reports.Customer Service:Support Customer Service representatives in resolving escalated customer order issues through system-based solutions and clear communication.Work with partners to advocate for an exceptional last-mile customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.Respond to inquiries in Outlook inboxes, resolving order and employee discount questions efficiently.Handle customer inquiries regarding returns, escalated cases, and PayPal-related issues.Occasionally assist customer service agents and directly interact with customers across all channels.Create and deliver ad hoc training on E-Commerce policies and procedures, ensuring the customer service team is well-informed.Contribute to new customer service initiatives and projects as an integral team member.What you'll bring to the Omnichannel Ops Analyst role:Bachelor's degree, preferably in E-Commerce, BusinessAnalytics, Operations, or Communications.1+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Order Management, Analytics, or Customer Service roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for effective analysis and reporting.Strong problem-solving, math, and analytical skills to handle complex issues.Passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.Experience working with data analysis tools and interpreting large data sets to inform decision-making.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and departments.Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity and manage daily tasks based on customer needs.Take the first step on your new career path!
