JOB SUMMARY:The Field Services Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating and managing field operations to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This individual will act as a liaison between project managers, installation crews, and clients, supervising field staff while providing guidance on installation processes, troubleshooting, and resource management.Field Team Management:Oversee and support field teams, including installation foremen, field engineers, and crew members.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work meets company quality and safety standards.Lead daily project check-ins and coordinate crew scheduling, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Project Coordination:Collaborate with Project Managers to review project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Conduct pre-installation meetings to ensure field staff understands project municate updates, delays, or changes to the project schedule with relevant stakeholders.Quality Assurance:Inspect field work regularly to verify compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.Identify and resolve installation issues or obstacles proactively.Ensure that installation procedures are consistent and aligned with VIVA Railings' standard operating practices.Health and Safety:Enforce safety protocols and procedures across all job sites.Conduct regular site audits to identify risks and implement corrective actions where needed.Ensure field staff receive adequate safety training and equipment.Client & Stakeholder Relations:Act as the primary on-site representative for client communications during installation phases.Address client concerns or questions promptly and professionally.Ensure that field operations reflect VIVA Railings' commitment to exceptional service and integrity.Administrative Duties:Review and approve daily work reports, field service logs, and time tracking.Maintain records of field activities, including labor hours, equipment usage, and project milestones.Collaborate with HR and Project Managers on performance evaluations and training needs for field staff.REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of experience in field services, construction, or installation, preferably within architectural or construction-related industries.2+ years of supervisory experience in managing field crews or installation teams.Education:High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.Skills:Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with project management tools, field service reporting, and quality assurance practices.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Certifications (Preferred):OSHA 30-hour safety certification or similar.Relevant field service management certifications.
