The person will work closely with in collaboration with our internal partner teams like PM, HW, DVE and product team and external partners, Working with internal and external partners, Driver releases, and debugging and meeting product deadlines.Top 4 Hard Skills Required + Years of ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of Experience with CC++ and C#Minimum 1 year Experience with Logic analyzers or debuggersMinimum 1 year Developer experience in audio domainMinimum 1 year Device Driver experienceThe main function of a software engineer is to apply the principles of computer science and mathematical analysis to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of the software and systems that make computers work. A typical software engineer researches, designs, develops and tests operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific and general computing applications.Job Responsibilities:Modify existing databases and database management systems.Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.Skills:Excellent CC++ design and coding skills.Experience with new hardware bring-up and factory manufacturing.Experience and ability to ramp-up quickly on complex and unfamiliar code across various technology areas.Desired experience and additional info:Able to Debug across various environments and to quickly identify and resolve issues spanning multiple subsystems, owners and organizations.Development andor Architectural experience in areas such as system drivers and device drivers a strong plus.Experience with various interfaces including SPI, USB, I2C, I2S, UART, MIPI are beneficial.Experience in Battery andor power supply and configuration management and charging is a plus.Development andor Architectural experience in areas such as system drivers and device drivers a strong plus.Exposure to Rust is a plus.Tolerance for ambiguity with an ability to make progress in the face of it.Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines and functions (Program Management, Test, Hardware etc).EducationExperience:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.• 2-4 years experience required.Salary Range: $115,000 to 127,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geographymarket, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject applicable eligibility requirements: [medical insurance] [dental insurance] [vision insurance] [09-10 dayshours of paid time off]Want change the world?
