Job Summary:The Quality Control Specialist will work under the direction of the Quality Control Manager, playing a crucial role in ensuring that incoming and outgoing products meet ISO9001, AS9120, and ANSIESD S2020 standards. This position is responsible for conducting inspections, documenting quality findings, and assisting in the implementation of quality control procedures. We are seeking an individual who values professional development, hands-on learning and is excited to learn about a niche industry.Key Responsibilities:Quality Control Inspection:Conduct inspections of products based on vendor approval and system ranking in accordance with ISO9001, AS9120, and ANSIESD S2020 pare Test Results to Established Specifications and Control Limits: Inspection to include, when applicable, visual inspection of external packaging, bar codes, and labels, internal product quality count and packaging inspection, verification of moisture barrier protection, microscopic inspection of leads, body, and markings, x-ray florescence testing (ROHS), surface contamination and permanency testing, x-ray die imaging. Establishing Quality Control Records: Provide documentation of any non-conformities, irregularities, or concerns along with recommendations for repackaging, re-taping, or baking. "‚"‚"‚"‚"‚Adhering to the Quality Approval Process: Record inspection results in the Evaluation of Product and Inspection Report for management review and approval."‚"‚"‚"‚"‚Marking and Packaging:Product repackaged in accordance with ANSIESD S2020 standard with moisture indicator and desiccant regardless of MSL level. Product resealed and marked with appropriate label printed from EPDS along with ROHS, PB Free and ESD sensitive labels. All product MSL 2 or higher must be labeled stating baking requirements.
