The Recruiting Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying staffing needs, sourcing and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating placements. The role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, as well as new potential clients.QualificationsClient Relationship Management and Account Management skillsRecruiting, Sourcing, and Interviewing skillsStrong Communication and Negotiation skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyExperience in the staffing or recruitment industryBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Preferred.Knowledge of E-Verify compliance is a plus
