Replenishment and Sales Analyst

Summary:We are looking for a detail oriented, proactive and committed Sales & Replenishment Analyst to join our team. This role involves delivering data-driven insights, sales support and replenishment expertise to our sales team while efficiently handling analytical tasks for the company. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting the Sales and Planning teams with their daily operations.Essential Functions:Creating comprehensive weekly and monthly reportsUtilize internal sales data and customer-specific point of sale (POS) information to develop actionable insights, strategies, and tacticsMonitor and provide valuable insights on product performanceCollaborate with VP of sales on budgeting and forecastingActively participate in customer meetings, offering analytical input and insightsProvide analytical support to ensure accurate demand forecastingReview internal demand planning to minimize excess inventory, and meet Walmart's specific order requirements without going out of stockAssist in Walmart meeting preparation as requiredOffer physical support during modular setup and takedown activitiesSystems and Analysis requirementMust have: Manage Supplier One (item 360) functions: new item setup, item maintenance, cost changes, etc.Must have: Manage NOVA functions for orders: quantity adjustments, cancellations, and MABD adjustmentsProvide daily, weekly, and ad hoc reporting of sales, in-stocks, fill rates and OTIFAnalyze and interpret sales trends, historical sales data, and forecast to determine replenishment levelsAssist with chargebacks and deduction managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. Previous experience with Walmart is required.Strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify key trends and present concise insightsExcellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExpert in ExcelExperienceProven experience in a similar analyst roleStrong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of inventory management practicesExtensive knowledge of Walmart's Retail Link and Luminate (required)Proficient experience with reporting tools, Excel and reporting analyticsExcellent communication skills, both written and oralAbility to plan and execute assignments to completion with minimal supervisionJob Type: Full-time, in office located in central BentonvillePay: $65,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
