Our client, a global leader in mission-critical hardware and system solutions, specializing in precision energetics and cutting-edge explosive technologies, is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join their team.Position: Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) ManagerLocation: On-site in Graham, KentuckyCompensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 + 5-10% bonusResponsibilities:Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DoD, DHS, and other regulatory requirements.Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs, policies, and procedures.Oversee hazardous waste storage, emergency response, and safety compliance programs (e.g., LOTO, PPE, Confined Spaces).Perform facility inspections, maintain EHS logs and documentation, and prepare reports.Provide EHS training, certification programs, and promote incident prevention initiatives.Support and drive cultural change to prioritize safety and health in the workplace.Lead employee safety committee activities and Behavior-Based Safety Programs.Collaborate with employees, management, customers, and regulatory agencies to maintain a proactive safety culture.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of EHS experience.Thorough knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, DoD, etc.).Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments and cultural change management.Fluent in English, with the ability to obtainmaintain a security novative problem-solving skills and attention to detail in regulatory compliance.Why should you join the team?
