It continues to innovate and is steadily growing year over year with a strong customer base.General SummaryThis unique situation allows a manager to report directly to the SVP of Finance. This role is instrumental in providing financial insights and analysis to support informed decision-making, drive growth, and achieve profitability goals. Working closely with the senior leadership team, this individual will have a pulse on the organization's distribution centers, supply chain, marketing, operations, and overall financial health.Essential ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside the VP of Finance and CFO, you will be responsible for long-range planning, monthly forecasting, and budgeting as they pertain to the Annual Operating Plan.There will be heavy Involvement with operating and overhead budgets for all business units in partnership with each department head. (i.e., Distribution Centers, Merchandising, Sourcing, IT, E-com, Merchandise Planning and Retail)You will support the monthly P&L review process by reviewing actual results versus plan, preparing monthly variance reports for business owners, and analyzing key performance drivers.Maintain and refine the 13-week cash flow forecast and project monthly balance sheet and cash flow.Assess the financial impact of business decisions in partnership with business managers.Quantify and articulate risks and opportunities in achieving forecasts and prepare source of change reports.Create ad-hoc forecasts as needed during key periods to provide insights into areas of risk and opportunity and influence business strategy.Define the strategic direction of the cross-functional team by identifying clear and measurable strategic KPIsConsolidate and present results to senior managementFacilitate company reporting requests related to contribution profit and salescohort performance and manage changesAssist in modeling and analyzing the sales returns reserve to guide Accounting to record the monthly sales returns provisional rate and update sales returns forecasting for online and offline channelsQualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field is required.Five (5) years of financial planning and analysis experience.Previous experience in Consumer Products, Apparel, or RetailStrong understanding of financial and valuation modelsSuperior attention to detail; high level of organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate and interact with all levels of management requiredAbility to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environmentMBA or CPA preferredPlease email your Word document resume to and reference the subject as Manager of FP&A
