Senior Financial Analyst - Business Development Location - Hanover, MD (4 days in office per week) SummaryThis Senior Financial Analyst position is a newly created opportunity due to organic growth within a global and leading technology and engineering consulting firm with over 150 offices and 25,000 consultants deployed across a variety of industry sectors. Based in the company's headquarters in Hanover, MD, this position will be key role in supporting business development teams with financial and operational analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst position will offer a base salary in the $90,000 to $100,000 range, annual bonus, full benefits package, and excellent career mobility. Ideal candidates will have 4 years of related experience and be able to work in the company's office 4 days a week. Job Description Serve as the primary point of contact supporting business development and account management for the organization. Play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, including performing financial analysis in supporting the capture and acquisition of new business and the retention, compliance, and profitability of existing business. Support daily financial operations directly aligned to the company's business development, recruitment, and delivery teams. Serve as an authorized representative in reviewing and approving contracts, agreement terms, negotiation strategy, and execution practices. Prepare and manage P&L reporting at the account, office site, and regional level to report and monitor performance and profitability. Support new business acquisitions through RFP, RFI, RFQ, and bid defense completion processes. Provide oversight and guidance in compensation management for sales and talent acquisition. Prepare performance reporting tied to expected business results as well as variance analysis compared to goals and forecasting. Provide compliance and risk mitigation on contractual terms and industry regulations including employment law, contract obligations, and matrix partnership agreements.Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, or finance 4 or more years of professional experience within related businessprofessional services Strong financial analysis skills ideally supporting business development or sales teams. Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong business acumen, action oriented, and motivation for both career and organizational growth. Ability to execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies.Ability to work onsite at the company's office 4 days a week
