Solar Site Supervisor

Kelly is seeking a field service Site Supervisor Manager that would service a solar site in Andrews, TX.Position is a long term contract role (minimum 3 year position) with the chance to be hired on. You will lead the site team to successfully complete plant commissioning, start up, operations, and maintenance scope. 60% of your work scope will be administrative with 40% in the field. This position will manage the execution of the customer contract from site mobilization through contract close out including reporting, receivables, change order and claim negotiation, issue resolution, and supplier management. You'll communicate project goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally.
