We partner with top-tier venture capital firms and their portfolio companies to support their growth and success.Job Summary: The Associate will play a key role in the investment process, from sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities to supporting portfolio companies post-investment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals and gain hands-on experience in venture debt financing.Key Responsibilities:Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential investment opportunities, including financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis.Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process by evaluating the financial health, business model, and growth potential of target companies.Deal Execution: Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of investment transactions, including drafting investment memos and preparing presentations for internal committees.Portfolio Management: Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, providing ongoing support and analysis to ensure their success.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify new investment opportunities.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, entrepreneurs, and other key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Passion for technology and innovation.
