Founded as a distributor of bulk rubber and conveyor components, Viacore has expanded its capabilities to include rubber fabrication, field splice installation services and custom rubber parts manufacturing.Check out our website at for a full line of our products and services. Who we're looking forOur Lewisville, TX branch is currently seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Industrial Sales Coordinator (Industrial Customer Service Representative). We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys interacting with people, and likes working in a team environment. We're open to anyone is a problem solver, eager to learn and has the desire to deliver excellent customer service.What you'll be doing:This position will be responsible for assisting our customers with inquiries of our conveyor belt products and field services, price estimates, sales orders and performing customer service functions. Our Industrial Sales Coordinator (Industrial Customer Service Rep) must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, positive mindset, and a collaborative approach.Essential functions of our Industrial Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to the following:Sales order managementInvoicing and accounts receivableSchedule field service jobs and arrange for rental equipmentCoordinate with Sales and Operations in preparing quotes and sales orders.Quote and provide budgetary estimatesMonitors inventory levels Perform all customer service branch activities as needed and perform other related duties as assigned. Extra consideration will be given to candidates with previous industrial background.Skills and Experience requirements:Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)1 year of experience in inside sales andor customer service in a industrial or manufacturing setting.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Detail-oriented and organizedStrong communication skillsBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceCompensation:$23hr to $34hr.
