This is a Direct Hire role with the Client! 2 Locations Open - Holland and Kent City, MIMust haves - experience with heavy equipmentagriculturalfarming equipment.AgricultureHeavy Equipment Sales Specialist to join a leading Company located in the Kent City, MI or Holland, MI surrounding area.Job Responsibilities: Sells new and used agricultural equipment to new and existing customersRepresents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined customer list and defined geographical sales areaMaintains current product knowledge on features and benefits, including current technology of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealershipMonitors competitive activityproducts and timely communicates to management accordinglyUtilizes company CRM for all customer informationKnows and follows a defined sales processMaintains company image with vehicles and equipmentAssists with the preparation and execution of customer eventsConducts equipment field demonstrationsMonitors and understands trends in customers' business activities and timely communicates to managementMaintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goodsAttends applicable sales training eventsseminarsMaintain current knowledge of used equipment values trendsBasic Hiring Criteria:1+ years of equipment sales experienceKnowledge of agricultural and turf equipment. Farming or operational practices preferredAbility to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functionsAbility to work flexible hoursExcellent customer relationship skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experience
