This role supports a team of attorneys specializing in estate administration, business transactions, and probate matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced legal setting. Job DescriptionThe Paralegal will provide direct support to attorneys, focusing on drafting legal documents, client communication, and case file management. The position requires strong multitasking abilities, the capability to work independently, and experience handling estate planning and business law matters. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, contracts, and probate filingsManage and organize estate planning records, real estate deeds, and business transactionsCommunicate with clients and legal professionals regarding case updates, scheduling, and document requirementsLiaise with probate courts on estate administration and deed recording mattersTrack and review billable hours to meet daily requirements and ensure accurate invoicingMaintain case files, ensuring proper organization and deadline managementProvide administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed Qualifications3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal in Business, Corporate, or Bankruptcy Law (litigation exposure is a plus)Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification preferred (or equivalent work experience)Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PDFs), iManage, and legal document management systems - must be tech-savvyStrong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a structured, professional environment PerksHands-on legal experience supporting experienced attorneysAutonomy in your role - take ownership of case files and responsibilitiesOpportunity for growth in a structured legal environment
