Junior Quality Engineer

Responsibilities -Must haves: Bi-lingual is a must - Mandarin and English.The Quality Engineer will be responsible for fulfilling the role of manufacturing and quality expert; this is a hands-on position with customer interaction.Works closely with customers and other departments during process development and APQP for new products.Ensure the quality of the parts produced meets all customer expectations.Quickly and effectively take action when non-conformances are found.Maintain and improve quality management system to comply with established standards.Other duties include:Initiate and maintain customer interface and supportCreateUpdate all APQP documents including FMEA, Control Plans and Flow Diagrams.Follow AIAG APQP procedures and Customer-specific requirementsPPAP submissionsContinuous improvement of plant scrap, process capability, and quality cost activitiesRequired Skills -Must be fluent in English and pleted Bachelor's degree or higher education related to Engineering is preferredStrong engineering backgroundKnowledge of roll forming, bending, welding processes and testing requirementsAbility to read and interpret Blueprints GD&TAIAG Core Tools Training (APQP, PPAP, DPFMEA, Control Plan, etc.)
