Job Summary:Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to respond to both telephone and in-person resident and company service requests. This role involves gathering relevant details, determining service priorities, and entering information into the system, ensuring all work to meet resident satisfaction.Responsibilities: Handle a large volume of phone and in-person requests, gather necessary information, and schedule necessary terpersonal skills to resolve issues with empathetic, active listening.Enter data into the system and prepare cost estimates and contracts for repairs or replacements needed.Provide status updates on service requests as needed.Update contact information in the system.Attend work regularly and complete all duties on-site.Work well with co-workers and residents, sharing ideas and keeping everyone informed.Address challenges constructively, finding practical solutions and treating everyone with respect.Qualifications:* At least 1+ years of professional or relevant Customer Service experience* We WILL accept applications from recent graduates of a 4-year University!* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills* Skilled in PC computer operations.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
