Our client supplements base compensation with a bonus and health and wellness benefits.FINANCIAL ANALYST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESConduct detailed financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine budgets and financial plans.Evaluate financial performance by tracking key metrics and identifying trends or areas of concern.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.FINANCIAL ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSRequiredBachelors' Degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 2 years' experience in financial forecasting, reporting, and analysisCurrent or prior employment at a large companyProficient with Excel modelingAbility to organize time and tasks efficiently with minimal supervisionStrong oral and written communication skills
