The Office Manager manages a variety of general office activities by performing the following duties personally or through delegation of office support employees.This role is on-site Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm at our Athens office.Duties: o Responsible for the activity, policies, and procedures of the assigned officeo Manage and input listings in the MLS and DMSo Enter home warranty information into portal.o Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as information management,phone and filing systems, requisition of supplieso Transition new agents to company by meeting with them, completing appropriate paperwork,answering questions, and supporting them alwayso Train existing and new agents on tools and resources. Host individual meetingsand group meetingso Attend and complete all required company trainingso Communicate with Managing Brokers to support brokerage transactionso Maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applicationso Perform annual performance reviews for staff memberso Review clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timelinesso Prepare activities reports for guidance of managemento Coordinate activities of various clerical departments or workers within departmento Maintain contact with customers and outside vendorso Manage office supplies and inventory for officeo Manage signage and lockboxes inventoryo Notarize documents for agents, customers, and staff as neededo Other duties as assignedTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
