Project ManagerLOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASETechnical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our client in the Clarksburg, WV areaPurpose:The Senior Project Manager works at the manufacturing facility in West Virginia and remotely throughout the USA on a variety of natural gas related projects such as: installation andor removal of tanks and supply lines; completing preventative maintenance of equipment; pipeline pickling, spill remediation and delivery and transfer of their products, while following all applicable regulations (DOT, OSHA, etc.).Senior Project Manager - Primary Role:Develop, quote, manage, and invoice pickling, decommission, and installation projects.Develop and manage timelines for projects.Converse with customers, internal company staff, and vendors to complete plete site visits for decommissioning, pickling, and installation projects.Assist in the POW developments for projects.Assist in capital projects.While in the yard, one focus will be kit preparation and replenishment.Development of technicians while in the yard using the training matrix.Answer calls and assist with troubleshooting with customers and technicians.Develop kit checklist confirmation strategy to ensure that kits are replenished and ready to go.Secondary role:Service natural gas and propane industryDecommission aged equipment and prepare for stall new equipment, small diameter pipe, and tubing (involves pipefitting, installation of Swagelok compression fittings...)Troubleshoot and complete preventative maintenance of natural gas products.Set up and monitor company equipment for natural gas pipeline pickling.Perform safe and transfer of products between tanks.Remediate spills.Travel (drive fly) to client locations throughout the USA to complete assignments.Drive box trucks, pickup trucks w trailers and flatbed stake bed truckAlways Comply with StateFederal Regulations and company Safety Standards while performing plete timely and accurate documentation: work orders, DOT logs, expense reports, etc.Understand and comply with all DOT regulations.Exercise sound judgment in proper resolution of a problem and seek direction from team andor supervisor when necessary.Know and adhere to standards of quality and customer service.Handle flammable liquids and gases.Fill out non-conformance, near-miss and accident reports.Perform job hazard analysis.Clean truck and equipment and replenish inventory upon project completion to make ready for next project.Minimum Requirements:5-7 years of project design, development, andor project management experience.AutoCAD, Vizio, SolidWorks experience.Project management software experience.Strong mechanical skills with some formal technical training:Ability to interpret diagrams and schematics involving tanks, lines, pumps, valvesUnderstanding of pumping principlesUnderstanding of fluid pressure and flowUse of hand toolsElectrical problem-solving skills to understand, operate and calibrate electronic sensorsFlexible for travel throughout the USA - Travel up to 50% and sometimes with short noticePhysically fit (physical work, outdoor work, long days, lifting)Ability to quickly assess problems and process workable solutionsAbility to follow complex written procedures involving valves, pumps, actuators, sensors, measurementsStrong interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively within a diverse group (collaboration, initiative, respect, articulate expression, proactive communication)Resourceful and motivated self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlinesEffective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with coworkers and clientsAbility to prepare clear and accurate documentationEffective dealing with scheduling problems andor changesStrong Work ethicComputer, tablet and smart phone literateMust maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable
