The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will report to the Nurse Director with responsibilities that include ensuring efficient staff operations, collaborating with bed management and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow, ensuring adherence to regulatory and facility standards as well as quality performance initiatives, implementing new programs and processes, leading recruitment, retention, labor relations, evaluations, educations, and scheduling, chairing department committees, overseeing supply chain and unit budget, and driving patient satisfaction and experience initiatives.
