What The Role EntailsCloudHQ is seeking an Assistant Property Manager (APM) to work closely with the Property Accountants and Operations Team in providing the highest level of client service, processing purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining the facility and grounds. The APM shall provide support for the Operations Management and Accounting Teams in the day-to-day operations of a large-scale data center while ensuring that the highest levels of service are maintained. What You Will Get to DoPurchase Orders: Initial review, processing and routing for approval. Invoice Processing: Initial review, processing and routing for approval. Follow up and resolution of issues with vendor. Tax Exempt filings: Sales and Use and FuelCertificates of Insurance (COI): Maintain and ensure all Vendor and Tenant COI's are current and in placeContract Administration: Assist in maintaining and ensuring all contracts are current and in placeLease Administration: Assist in maintaining and ensuring all obligations are metNon-Disclosure Agreements (NDA): Maintain and ensure all Vendor and Tenant NDA's are current and in placeService Notices: Send and close out notices for upcoming work at siteService Requests: Acknowledge, assign, update and close out all tenant requestsOrganize and file facility related documentsConduct routine property inspections to prevent and identify problems and exposuresOrder office supplies and maintain office equipmentOther duties as requiredLocal travel requiredWhat You Bring to The RoleA minimum of two years of experience in the Property Management industryExpertise in popular Microsoft Office suite applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with Accounting software applicationsVery strong organizational skills and attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and command of the English languageAbility to maintain excellent vendor and tenant relationshipsActively solicit feedback to ensure all responsibilities, activities, and deliverables meet expectationsAbility and willingness to respond to emails and phone calls after hours in the event of an emergencyOur Ideal Candidate Will Also PossessA Bachelor's degree preferred What We OfferCloudHQ's people and culture are the most enriching aspects that make us a great place to work.
