Land Development Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Land Development Engineer to support an industry leading engineering solutions company. Our client's main vision is to transition communities to clean energy and a sustainable future. This role will be supporting their civil engineering group in Elk Grove, CA. This role will be 3 days a week on-site in Willdan's Elk Grove location and 2 days remote. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 120k-160k based on years of experience and Licensing with added benefits.This individual will be responsible for leading land development projects for a local municipality. The land development focus will be on primarily supporting new development projects for the city. An ideal candidate will have experience directing and managing engineering projected related to the design and construction of city infrastructure. Additional management responsibilities will include: managing development applications, map checking, experience with master planning, working on conditions of approval, and coordinating directly with developers.
