The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, relationshipaccount management, strategic planning, and leadership within the construction industry. Essential Job Functions• Program Management: oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple construction projects for strategic and national clients, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.• Relationship Management: cultivate, maintain and grow relationships with designated clients to deliver exceptional customer experience and create opportunities for future business.• Strategic Planning: develop and implement strategic plans to optimize project delivery, resource allocation, and overall program performance.• Stakeholder Management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure project success.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: successfully engage and work with cross functional teams, such as engineering, supply chain, and production, to meet project objectives and timelines.• Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.• Budget Management: monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.• Team Leadership: lead and mentor project managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.• Performance Monitoring: track and report on program performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.• Financial: coordinate with the Finance team to administer project invoicing and maintain project financial history and revenue projections. This position may however be required to enter a shop area or perform site visits periodically in which safety, environmental and health concerns may demand constant attention. Physical Demands This is a largely sedentary role. This position may require employee to sit at a computer stationdesk for prolonged periods of time up to 8 hours a day. The employee is regularly required to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation required for position. Employee must be able to use hands and fingers to operate keyboard and phone and to file and operate office equipment. This position may require some walking, bending, reaching and standing. Position TypeExpected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require hours beyond the standard working hours listed above to satisfy job duties and department demand.
