Senior Operations Manager

FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Sr. Operations Manager for an excellent client! This company is well-known for the design and manufacture of high-quality products used in the consumer, medical devices, and pharmaceutical markets.This role represents to Plant Management!So, what will you be doing as Sr. Operations Manager?-Provide leadership and oversight to all aspects of site Manufacturing Operations-Develop business plans, budgets, staffing plans, and forecasts-Work with Quality and Engineering on the development of process improvements, investigation of quality issues, and ISO audits-Act as a champion for employee safety and engagement-Monitor and publish plant KPIsWhat you will need to be successful:-BS in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management-7+ years of Management experience in a Manufacturing environment-Direct experience in high-speed manufacturing-Proficiency in Lean ManufacturingSix Sigma-Ability to communicate to all levels internally, and externally with customerssuppliersOther things considered a plus:-MBA- Experience in plastic molding, or assembly of complex products-Six Sigma certificationNow that you have had a chance to learn about the role, what are you waiting for?!
