Melissa Fischer Interiors is a dynamic interior design firm specializing in high-end residential projects. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the interior design or construction industries. However, no design background is needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage budgets and timelines, and a passion for design excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with clients, designers, architects, and contractors to define project goals and expectations.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress through all phases of design and execution.Manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and change orders.Conduct site visitsIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management.
