As a Account Manager, you will identify, source, and engage "˜good-fit' client prospects and convert them to Hire Velocity clients by executing on our company's selling process and leveraging Hire Velocity's full suite of RPO and Search solutions. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting inbound leads and generating self-sourced leads to continuously build your pipeline of prospects, while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve personal, team and corporate sales goals. Essential FunctionsPosition the value of Hire Velocity's full suite of RPO and Search solutions to prospective businessesEducate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to help them learn how Hire Velocity can hire top talent to grow their businessManage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyersDissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine how Hire Velocity can be a strategic partner for their hiring needs and business growthConsistently close business with new and existing customers at or above quota levelParticipate in local networking opportunities to make connections, grow your network, and identify new leads and sales opportunitiesLearn and execute proven processes to prospect into business accounts and generate new sales opportunities by developing email and telephone campaignsConduct sales best practices with email, phone, and social workflows to connect with new prospectsBring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the futureWork closely with Search and Marketing teams to ensure our pipeline is maintained and optimizedEducation and Professional RequirementsBachelor's degree strongly preferred2-6 years of Sales experience, recruiting sales or software sales experience preferredCommanding desire to succeed in sales and successful track record of over-achieving against sales goalsPositive outlook, growth mindset and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failuresExceptional engaging, consultative selling and closing skills in a customer-first sales processAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and high-energy environment and ability to rapidly understand and solve problemsGoal-oriented, competitive spirit, tenacious; drives for resultsMaster of efficiency and passion for leveraging technology to get things done quicklyHustle and persistenceExperience working in the RPO, staffing, recruiting or executive search industry is a plusExperience with traditional CRM software, such as Salesforce is a plusExperience with sales engagement platforms such as Pardot, SalesLoft a plusAbility to understand, demonstrate, and apply our workplace values daily.
