Responsibilities Process listing paperwork, checking for accuracy and completionInput listings into MLS and on our company websitesOrder custom property URLs Schedule sign installations and removals Create property flyers for agents open housesOversee the management of all new real estate listingsInput any price changes or listing changes into MLS and our websiteManage and process all Monterey Coast Realty sales paperworkFile all disclosures in our transactions systemWork with transaction coordinatorsagents to ensure the completion of all filesWork with our in-house accounting team to ensure files are complete prior to closing and update them with any changes during escrowServe as a primary point of contact for agents and walk-insAct as a front-facing liaison to address all agent and client needs with professionalism and expertiseManage all drop offs and pick-upsInteract with walk-ins, clients, and agents in a professional mannerMaintain a professional and presentable officeUphold operational efficiency and foster a productive work environment for team membersReserve the conference room for agents, marking datestimes in the shared calendarGenerate listing presentations for all agents Work with the marketing team to update agent bios, significant sales, testimonials, or custom agent materials per requestPrint and bind all listing presentations and Comparative Market Analysis's, and any other requested materialsGenerate and maintain weekly Pine-Cone company pages and open house directory lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for clients and agentsMaintain a weekly list of all Pine Cone company pages and send to the marketing team for execution, design and printSend weekly open house lists to the Pine Cone Create Brokers Tour eblasts prior to every tour date and Open House eblasts prior to every weekendEblasts are created through our website backend and sent out directly through Mailchimp (experience with Mailchimp is encouraged)Required Skills Must be outgoing, professional and dedicatedCommitted to providing premier customer serviceExperience with high-end clienteleUnderstanding of Contracts and regulations related to property managementSkilled in time management, able to multi-task, prioritize and be exceptionally organized in a fast-paced, high growth environmentSuccessful ability to work on a teamStrong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelForward thinking and pro-active problem solverExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have an active CA Real Estate Agent license or be willing to securelicense within the first 6 monthsOpportunity for AdvancementFull time, $25-$30 per hour, DOE.Medical Benefits401K after 1 year of employment
