A leading investment management firm near Paoli dedicated to delivering superior financial performance for clients is looking to add an equity portfolio manager to their team. This firm specializes in equity investments, leveraging a research-driven approach to generate alpha while managing risk effectively.Position Summary:The Equity Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing equity investment portfolios, formulating investment strategies, and making informed decisions to maximize portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of equity markets, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful portfolio management.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement equity investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and company valuations to identify investment opportunities.Monitor portfolio performance, adjust allocations, and rebalance portfolios as needed.Stay updated on macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting equity municate investment strategies, portfolio performance, and market insights to clients and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with research analysts and investment teams to enhance investment decision-making.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimize portfolio construction and risk-adjusted returns.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA designation preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in equity portfolio management or a related investment role.Strong knowledge of equity markets, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.Demonstrated ability to generate alpha through active portfolio management.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and risk management skills.Proficiency in portfolio management tools and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Excel, PythonR for quantitative analysis is a plus).Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate investment strategies to clients and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced investment environment.View the full list of our open positions here: Main Line Search Job Openings
