The ideal candidate will handling a variety of tasks including:Key Responsibilities:Overseeing 5-15 techsManaging 4-5 projects a weekVisiting client site once a week max. Clients: Government facilities, working with facility managers of the buildings, other PM's, EC's and GC's. Ensures that electrical projects are competed timely in accordance with established quality standards and procedures.Acts as liaison among the customer, sub-contractor (as needed) in translating and fulfilling staffing requirements and changesmodifications of the contract.Coordinates closely with related departments to maintain schedules and effect necessary revisions are spect or direct the inspection of work to ensure conformance to specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.Ensure contractors receive site orientation and training and that all statelocal code requirements and building permits, inspection and project close-out processes are followed.Assigns, train, directs and appraises electrical personnel.Achieve high customer satisfaction through effective communication of both technical and non-technical topics with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.Exhibit project leadership, and effective decision making throughout each project and consistently deliver projects that meet all stakeholder requirements and are fully commissioned, qualified and ready for start upoccupancy.Ensure all safety regulations are closely adhered to; completes related documentation as required.Ensure compliance to all NEC, OSHA, State Department and Labor Department polices, codes and guidelines.Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3+ years project management experience. Minimum 5-10 years electrical testing experience. Experience overseeing NETA testing Must have extensive managerial and technical experience. Strong understanding of engineering principles, procedures and standards. Experience related to computer processing of costs and schedule information.
