Flexicrew Technical Services| Flexblue Staffing offers excellent benefits and perks including but not limited to a generous commission structure, health insurance, and paid time off.This is a sales role bringing in new business to the branch.About the Role - Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:Reports to President.Develop Sales Strategy for territory.Work with multiple sales leaders to complete sales funnel.Create tailored marketing and advertising strategies to attract business with marketing department.Represent company to clients.Perform a high volume of phone calls each plete necessary process documentation.Coordinating & scheduling client interviews.Hunter for new sales opportunities.Building and maintaining relationships.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications - The ideal candidate will have a minimum 4+ years of recruitingtalent acquisition experience in the staffing industry and to be an effective team member. This candidate should be eager to hit the ground running and use every opportunity as a learning experience. Strong communication and work ethic are mandatory.
