Role: Windows VMWare Nutanix AdministratorLocation: Carlsbad, CA ,USA(Onsite)Job Type: Full TimeJob Description:Must Have TechnicalFunctional Skills • Extensive knowledge of Active Directory administration and best practices, and different platforms of AD from 2012 to 2022. Active Directory Trust, File Servers, Windows Clustering, Good hands on Microsoft Hyper-V management and troubleshooting, In depth experience with Active Directory - GPO• Familiarity with Windows Server 2012 and 2022• Windows clustering set up and administration• Understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc.• Ability to troubleshoot Windows Server issues and determine root cause• Have to have good troubleshooting skills on Windows and VMware technologies• Good written and verbal communication skills• Familiarity with Windows PowerShell and Active Directory scripting• Awareness about OS hardening patching and other security aspects.Knowledge of Nutanix environment is an advantageRoles & Responsibilities • Good Understanding of virtualization technology• Experience on VMware ESX• Experience in P2V, VMotion and VMware virtual center.• Good hands-on command line of ESX• Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESX server environment.• Good understanding of HA and DRS environment• Experience in performance tuning of VMWare servers and Virtual sessions and management of server resources between virtual machines.• Experience in backup and recovery of Virtual machines and virtual servers.• Basic Knowledge of Storage Technologies and Networking• Readiness to work in 24x7 environment.
