Rooftop Consumer Health, formerly known as Profoot Inc., is a leading healthcare manufacturer operating primarily in the footcare space seeking a detailed orientated, self-starter to join our talented team as a Sales Coordinator in Elizabeth NJ! Reporting to the Head of Sales, this position serves as a key functional partner who works collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Production to bring the best product to mass market; Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Dollar General, etc. The ideal candidate is a passionate and highly organized individual who is well versed in the requirements of mass merchants and the healthcare industry thriving in a deadline-driven work environment.Responsibilities include:Spearhead and manage product data quality inclusive of managing organization master spec file, creating GTINs, and product codes. Lead and execute the management of third-party portals including but not limited to Retail Link, Portal Online, 1 World Sync. Coordinate & gather new product details for sales including market & product research, competitive analysis, timeline development, sourcing, costing, and packaging to prepare for sales presentations and reports requiredAssist in developing fact-based, customer-centric presentation for existing retail partners and new business development opportunities. Provide support and administrative assistance to sales encompassing sales follow ups gathering of samples, compiling content as needed for respective accounts etc. Stay connected with assigned accounts - instore images, promotions, news, etc.Create innovative and creative sell sheet for all products Maintain sales support drive with all needed materials; pricing calculator, distribution tracker, specs and codes, sell sheets, cataloguePerform ad hoc task as assigned by leadership Requirements:Sales support, lead development, or similar experience preferredExperience in the mass retail space is ideal, healthcare company preferredVery strong attention to detail and extremely organizedAbility to manage competing deadlines and prioritiesProficient in Office (ExcelWordPPT)Excellent problem-solving skillsStrong planning and organizational abilitiesExceptional leadership qualities and decision-making skillsThe ability to communicate clearly and effectivelyDevelopment-focused; eager to learn and to satisfy your innate curiosityStrong sense of accountability and initiativeAbility to thrive in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insurance401kPaid time offPhysical Setting: Office, 4 daysweek, 1 remote
