Messner Reeves LLP, a national law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado.If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can handle multiple competing priorities, this position is for you.Responsibilities Manage calendar deadlines, meetings, and heavy scheduling for multiple attorneys.Well versed in both federal and state court procedures and filing requirements, including e-filing in federal court.Draft, review, and manage real estate contracts, lease agreements, and related documents.Assist with client engagement and retention, including preparation of engagement letters, conflict checks, conflict waivers, and submitting information to open matters.Assist in managing litigation matters, including document production and responding to discovery requests.Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws pertaining to real estate.Perform additional tasks as requested, including document editing, and other duties as needed.Requirements 3-5 years' experience working in real estate, commercial and corporate law. Knowledge of legal practices and terminology for real estate and corporate transactions.Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet all deadlines.Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.Located in the Denver area.Ability to work three days in office.
