GM Performance Power Units LLC - Concord, NCExecutive AdministratorFacilities Support Specialist - OnsiteRole Overview:We are seeking an Executive AdministratorFacilities Support Specialist to join our GM PPU team. This versatile role will support the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art facility and ensure seamless coordination across administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Facility Operations Support:Assist in managing the daily operations of the GM PPU facility in Concord, NC.Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee facility repairs.Manage inventory and procurement of supplies for the facility.Collaborate with engineering teams to support testing and development activities.Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to leadership and technical anize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.Project Coordination:Support special projects related to facility upgrades or operational improvements.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams within GM PPU.Must-Have Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 5+ years' experience in facilities administration or support roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in motorsports, automotive, or engineering environments.Familiarity with inventory management systems and maintenance planning tools.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in industrial settings.Technical aptitude or experience supporting engineering teams.Personal Attributes:Versatility: Willingness to take on diverse tasks as needed.Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and address challenges efficiently.Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic.Customer Service Focus: Positive attitude and commitment to supporting team success.We offer competitive compensation and a dynamic work environment.
