Senior Quality Engineer

Monitor, respond, initiate corrective actions, follow up, close and track customer complaintsDrive implementation of all quality policies and required operating procedures and work instructionsSchedule and conduct meetings with customers, suppliers, and in-plant personnelAbility to trouble shoot on the shop floor This full-time role is a part of our team and reports to the Quality Manager.Required experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 6 years' experience in Quality EngineeringExtensive knowledge of AIAG Core ToolsExperience creating & maintaining PFMEA and Control PlansExperience with reviewing and submitting PPAP to customersWorking knowledge of APQP processExperience with upholding IATF16949 standardsExperience conducting Root Cause Analysis and familiarity with tools such as 8-Discipline, DMAIC, 5-Why, Fishbone DiagramsUnderstanding of GD&TWorking conditions:We'll provide position-specific details including physical and focused efforts, working environment and conditions, and reasonable accommodations during the interview process.Where you'll be:This position is located at our Clinton Township, in Michigan, offering many community events, resources, programs, and recreational opportunities for you and your munity features:CJ Barrymore'sOutdoor Mall at Partridge Creek Home of Sanders' Candy
