Local Applicants onlyPosition Type: Full-TimeOverview: All Star Labor & Staffing, founded in Portland, OR in 2009 and previously voted # 4 on the Ink5000 Fastest Growing Oregon Woman-Owned Business is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Bend, OR team.Position OverviewThe Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the overall flow of the application process with new and returning applicants. This position includes hospitality, pre-screening of applicants, and full-time direct contact with the public. The Recruiting Coordinator is the first impression of All Star Labor & Staffing.DutiesAssist applicants with application process, including all state and federal required formsCoordinate and facilitate the recruitment process from start to finishPost job openings on various job boards and social media platformsScreen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct initial phone screens and schedule interviewsCoordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managersAssist with background checks and reference checksMaintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracyAnswer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate person andor answer questions concerning job openings, application process, assignments and servicesEnsure that new applicants have completed the online application and onboarding documentsEnsure that all legal forms are complete, collect direct deposit information and complete a checklist for each employee in the applicant tracking systemAssist schedule the skills assessment process for new applicantsSupport Recruiting Coordinator with special projectsCollect timecards and assist with preparation of timesheets for the payroll departmentSkills Excellent customer serviceStrong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholdersExperience in managing social media platforms for recruitment purposesStrong attention to detailRequirementsMinimum one year of experience in customer service and administrationBilingual - Spanish and English a plusNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
